G. Orders, Billing & Account Details

If we cancel a paid order, we will issue a full refund for the canceled order to the original payment method within 3 business days of confirming the cancellation. Your bank or payment provider may require an additional 3–8 business days to post the refund.
For a partial cancellation, we will refund the canceled items and any related charges that are no longer applicable. These timeframes do not extend any shorter deadline required by law.
Please keep your account and order information accurate and protect your login credentials.
H. Customer Changes & Cancellations
To request an order change or cancellation, email service@gulvixo.com as soon as possible with your order number and request details.
We can normally make changes or cancel an order only before it has been packed or shipped. We will check the order status and confirm whether your request can be completed.
Submitting a request does not guarantee that a change or cancellation is possible.
We do not charge a cancellation fee. For successfully canceled paid orders, refunds follow the timing stated in Section G.
If an order has already been packed or shipped, please refer to our Return Policy. These operational limits do not restrict any cancellation or withdrawal rights available under applicable law.

Our website may include tools or links provided by third parties. Their services may be subject to separate terms and privacy policies.
